For the last two years I have let this cabinet sit, after getting the funds and motivation to finally get off my ass, piece by piece I've started to make this train wreck into a pretty little butterfly... No but seriously, all together I have replace A TON of parts but everything is still original because this cabinet was built RIGHT, very little particle board is even used in this monster, in order I've replaced- Marquee- Ballast, Starter,florescent bulb, repainted marquee brackets w/ new bolts, mini-marquees printed on photo paper Monitor- Plastic 19 inch bezel, Metal Slug X instruction sticker, MV-LED lights, cleaned up some of the old business cards Coin door- Sanded and repainted, new coin reject moldings w/ xenon lights (runs brighter and cooler), new locks and new hardware Cabinet outisde- Sanded down, filled holes with putty and repainted in 3 coats of Red and two coats of black Valspar paint, sanded and painted control panel, neo geo conversion control panel overlay, Happ 8 way joysticks and buttons, new T-molding, new old stock conversion Neo Geo stickers, corner protectors and lock for back door Cabinet inside- Rewiring quick disconnects for Control Panel, custom wiring for MV-LEDS, rack for Neo Geo 2-slot made from particle board, BOSS speakers, new power supply Got most of my parts for restoration from a combination of Lowes for simple electric cables and accessories, wood piece and fillers, paint.
